Our Story And Mission

ConsLog's mission is to provide the most complete, easy-to-use, and customized construction management technology software available. While working for the US Army Corps of Engineers, founder Phelipe Silva experienced the common pains of construction management and recognized the need for better technology. He knew most of the difficulties he experienced could be solved with a properly planned and built system. After successfully building a mobile app for the government and being nominated for the USACE Innovation of the Year award, he decided to make his vision a reality with ConsLog. The company from the get-go has focused on building exactly what the market wants, and prides itself on building highly-customized solutions when needed. Today, ConsLog is growing at a fast pace with over 1000 companies worldwide using the system.

Phelipe Silva

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

While working for the Army Corps of Engineers as a project manager Phelipe personally felt the day to day pain points on the owner side. Phelipe also worked at Goldman Sachs as a Sr Analyst, where he helped automate their processes. His passion is building tools that users in construction want. Phelipe has a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management.

Lucas Amorim

Chief Technology Officer

Lucas is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for building top-quality, user-friendly products and software. He got his degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering and has built and exited multiple businesses. Now at ConsLog for many years, his vision is to help the company's clients solve any and all problems that they have, including building highly customized solutions when needed.
