- Executive Dashboard Balance Summary: Dashboard Summary shows Total Contract Amount, Total Change Orders, Total Adjusted Contract Amount, Completed to Date Amount, Balance and Retention Amount.
- Schedule of Values (Line Items with $/Unit): Create a Schedule of Values Master List and edit that list on a per project basis. We also have columns where users can add Unit of Measurement, Cost per Unit and Quantity.
- Pay Requests: Contractors can create Pay Requests and request approval. Owner can electronically approve and sign them. Export final Pay Requests as PDFs or excels.
- Change Orders: Contractors can create change orders. They can add or subtract values and contract days.

- Calendar Invite For Bid Meetings: ConsLog sends a calendar invite to all users involved in a bidding project.
- Bid Deadline Live Countdown: Everyone sees a live countdown for each project's bid deadline.
- Bid Leveling (Micro Level): All bids are leveled at a macro and micro level. The bid leveling has 'Cost per Unit of Measurement', 'Quantities' and 'Total Cost' fields. Exportable.
- Addenda Management: Upload addenda documents to keep track of changes from the original Scope of Work during the bidding phase. Contractors are required to agree to all addenda documents in order to submit a bid.
